Rich Ormonde is Resuscitation & Simulation Lead at Amana Healthcare, part of Mubadala Health, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He has post-graduate credentials in Clinical Education from University of Nottingham. He holds dual credentials as a simulation operations specialist (CHSOS) and simulation educator (CHSE) certified by Society of Simulation in Healthcare.

Kim Leighton is the Executive Director of Itqan Clinical & Simulation & Innovation Centre at Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar. She has a Master's in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She has a PhD on Educational Leadership in Higher Education from University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
